2018 PIABA Annual Meeting Registrants (October 10 - 12, 2018)

Registration Information
PIABA Annual Meeting registration fees include all plenary and break-out sessions, continuing education credit, conference materials, food and beverage group functions, including breakfasts, breaks, luncheons, and receptions. 26 plenary and breakout sessions, including one Ethics session, are scheduled during the PIABA Annual Meeting. Meeting Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is September 7, 2018. Individuals submitting their registration form and fees after this date will be assessed a $200 per person late fee.  Please ensure all registration materials are received in the PIABA office no later than September 7, 2018. Walk-in registrations will be accepted on a space available basis and are subject to the $200 per person late fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before September 7, 2018 will receive a full refund less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 8th.
