Morning Meditation

The Wellness Committee invites you to start your day on the beach with a morning meditation. Let go of stress, quiet the noise of the world, and take advantage of the healing properties of the ocean. We will have time to connect with each other and share a guided 15-20 minute meditation (or shorter, if needed) to remind ourselves of what we need most each day to take care of ourselves.
