Nicholas J. Prior to founding the Guiliano Law Firm, Mr. Guiliano was an associate with the law firms of Berger and Montague, P.C. and Barrack Rodos & Bacine, where he practiced securities class litigation, antitrust class litigation and other complex litigation. He was also formerly a securities analyst and investment strategist at a New York Stock Exchange member firm, and later became the Director of Investment Research at a large regional securities firm.
Mr. Guiliano is a graduate of Tulane University and the Temple University School of Law.
