Nicole Iannarone is an Assistant Clinical Professor and the Director of Georgia State University College of Law’s Investor Advocacy Clinic. A graduate of Yale Law School, she was formerly a partner at Bondurant Mixson & Elmore where she practiced for nearly a decade representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. Iannarone is active in the bar and the community. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Formal Advisory Opinion Board and Vice Chair of the Professionalism Committee. She is the incoming Vice President/President Elect of the Atlanta Bar Association and chair of the Atlanta Bar’s Reputation and Public Trust Committee. Iannarone has been named a “Local Litigation Star” several times by Benchmark Plaintiff and a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine. In addition to the Investor Advocacy Clinic, Iannarone teaches Professional Responsibility, Business Arbitration Practicum, Complex Litigation, and Civil Procedure. She focuses her research on legal ethics, securities arbitration, and the impact of technology on professional service delivery.
